Hi, sorry you are having a problem.

Please log out of your game , if you are playing on a phone, turn it off, let it sit for a few seconds then log back into your game with your email and password. If still on level 1, play that level, then do the same logging out/logging back in again. That should bring you back to your original levels. 🤗
