Hi and welcome to the Jellies community! Sorry you lost your progress. Lets do a soft reset. Please log out of your game. If you are on a phone then please turn phone off, let it set a few seconds and turn back on. Log back into your game with your email and password. If you are still on level 1, play that level then do a reset again. That should take you back to your level. 💕
