How do I recoup my lost boosters after the week long glitch?

I had a good amount of boosters built up, including 25+ each of the three pre level boosters and half a dozen each of the various lollipop in level boosters, all of which are now gone. The game seems to be loading now on windows ten after a week of not working, but I was disappointed that all the boosters I have spent money to attain as well as time have all reverted to zero. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I'm sorry that you lost boosters. If you earned these boosters for free, you will not receive a refund. Only if you bought it.

If you have paid money for it, please go to this page under "contact us". Then please post it there and include your purchase receipt. Then you will be helped!!!
