Cannot login to King Account on phone games

(I looked around and tried to find a solution but I may just be blind)

I made a king account today, and I’m trying to login on my iOS phone and it’s saying I have the wrong credentials. My email is correct and verified, and it’s the right password but it won’t let me log into any of my games? My os for my iphone is currently 17.3.1

I DO have another question though! Now that I have logged in, I noticed something different? When I was playing before you would get these bonus boosters every level you completed—and they would get more plentiful the more streaks you had, but now they’re gone :(

Hello and welcome I'm so sorry your having these issues. I myself have had this problem before. You can go to the help center for help. Have you closed out the game cleared cache refreshed the game and tried logging back in again. Sometimes this will help. Let me know if this does not help or you can find a answer in the help center I will get you more help. No worries we will get you back into your game 😍
