Unable to change profile picture for game icon.

Hello,

I use an iPad and play the game on this device as well. I notice other players have personal photos for their game icon, yet I’m stuck with a pink blob with a huge grin on it’s face. Is there no way to change the icon for an iPad user?

Sure I can help you with this. If you open your game and go into your profile then clock on it you will see this

Click on the little camera that is right under your picture then choose your new profile picture and this will be the picture everyone See's in the game just like the bubblegum troll picture you mentioned above 😊

Only players connected with facebook can use a personal photo, their fb profile pic!

Changing Avatar and Name

Issue: Players want to change their avatar and name.

Answer:

• Open the game app.
• Go to Settings: Tap on the gear icon to open the settings menu.
• Tap on "My Profile".
• Change Avatar: Tap on your current avatar and choose a new one.
• Change Name: Tap on your current name, enter the new name, and save the changes.

This is the steps to changing your avatar now 😍

Well, Jess, after a little "investigation", I found that for some games the camera icon does exist, as in Diamond Diaries:

However, in Diamond Diaries support there is the following announcement!

For other games the camera icon does not exist, as in Friends:

I have not results for Jelly, because I am connected with facebook and I do not logout because many bugs have been reported lately!! 😁😁

Blossom Blast: there is camera!

Farm heroes: no camera.

..and so on...

My opinion is that King should have the same policy for all games! 😉

As I mentioned in my previous message, I am logged in in Jelly with Facebook and I do not want take any risk of disconnecting and then reconnecting just to check if the camera icon exists! 😁

I was in a thread into another game's section and there was a discussion about this and about the camera's absence! I posted also the link of the announcement in Diamond Diaries!

So, it seemed to me logical that the same happens to all games!!!
