It's not just the community players. Many are outside.
If you don't like this game, uninstall it immediately.

Hi, I got an answer back from our manager and the pass rate looks good on their end. So that means that there are players that is passing this level at a decent rate. I know that is not what you were wanting to here. π

Hello I'm so sorry your stuck and I know it is discouraging π I am also stuck on a level 11,667 in saga but I won't let it get me aggravated. I know I will eventually get a board to pass. Please be patient it will happen. If not then I will report the level. I have been in contact with the studio about only giving 22 moves and why. It is getting looked into so please be patient π€

I'm still on Level 7762 go pass three days now. I hope @Princess_Jessica @johamilton finds a way to do something about this 20-22 moves thing. I know they are trying hard. Don't think I don't appreciate all your help I do!!!!π I'm trying to wait but it's hard. Thanks @Spinnifix

@Princess_Jessica I know you are trying!π Please let them know 20-22 moves are NOT good. Also I get no more free lives like I use to. Yesterday I played for a hour. I got no help from my team members. It would be nice if there is some kind of button to call on them for help. Many times I could have passed my level if I had more moves. Thanks so much for your helpπ

On PC the levels are not optimized and you may not have some events.
