I don't remember my email address or password for this game so I'm just floating through with not being able to interact with friends or get any extra benefits or lifes. So if I log out I lose all my progress. I tried starting over but that's years of progress lost there too so the game 86self doesn't let me interact with other players and shows me no friends von my list after 3 years come on someone vhelp me please

Hi sorry you are having this problem. You do know your email correct? You just don't know what your password is? If so,it should let you put in a new password when it says "Forgot Password"

No I still haven't solved my problem I neither remember my old email address nor password. So when I put in a new password it says that it isn't compatible with the email address I have now or visa versa😭😭😭🤔

You have to enter your email address first, it
doesn't matter if you don't know the password. That's why I put it in
my comment above. You can check the help center or then contact
customer service.

It's best to write it down or save it.

It could be. If the support can't help you, you
have to start over. I'm really very sorry for you.
Is this the only game you have? If you play other games, the same
email addresses and passwords will also be there. Then you have the
same problems there too.
