@Kerrie, I found the team event in my "Events" tab. I had to replay and win the same level to collect fish.

@Racoon7, I only had one "level" to play when I opened the event -- it had 3 different boards to "spread the jam" -- the 3 boards were always the same. All 3 boards had to be completed (the level won) in order to keep the fish created. I didn't take any screenshots -- sorry!
