The mailbox in Candy Crush Jelly Saga has been dead for a couple of months. I saw some discussion re this and also did an update from the play store about three weeks ago but still the same. Can't receive or receive lives. ???? Also, if I re-install game, will my levels be gone?

If you reinstall your game, you will loose all of your boosters. So please do not do that if you have boosters saved up. Not you will not loose your levels. It may take you to level 1, but all you have to do is play level 1 and then log out of your game and back in and you will then be on your correct level.
It is always good to take an sccreenshot of your levels so if something happens we can get you back to your level.💕
Do you even have an envelope?

I do have an envelope and the day after your response, mailbox had a life and a life request. Business as usual. Next day, mailbox empty and has continued so until current.
