Clear the Safari cache:
Open Settings.
Scroll down or search for Safari.
Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Check Facebook permissions:
Go to Facebook.
Open Settings.
Tap on Apps and Websites.
Ensure Candy Crush Jelly is listed and has permissions enabled.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately FB sometimes causes problems. Question: Do you have a King account? You can synchronize both with each other. With the King account you still have as many problems as with FB. That's why I would recommend a King account.

The help center has changed and has been shortened. You used to be able to sync FB and King accounts. But I can no longer find this in the help center to help the player. It used to be there. Can you please explain it to me?
