I lost my progress when I lost my phone now I can't go back to my last levels....

Hello and welcome
You have a new device and have downloaded the game again. Please play a level and complete it. Then you have to log in to your account with your details. Then you should be back to your level. If not, play the level where you are currently and the game will update. Then you should be on your level. If not, please go to the help center. It is explained again there.
