Where you signed thru FB or King?
When it says save my progress, you tap that and it says?

I’m playing on my phone and I was signed in through fb but it isn’t letting me sign into anything

Are you playing on an IOS or Android?
As long as you know you have at least 2gig of free memory and clear the game cache from your all device settings menus as it may be full then close down and leave your devices off for a couple of minutes then you will need to uninstall your app
Since you are trying to to log in with FB, their may be a problem on their side You said others are also having this problem. I don't know where you read that, but again it might be a problem on the FB side.
