Regarding lives, all of your friends are randomly selected by King. Where that can go wrong, is sometimes we get players that are not playing Jelly daily , so therefore they will not be looking at the lives themselves.
A few other things you might want to take a look at 👇️
*Your cache could be full so go to your device settings menu select apps and clear the game cache
*Do a soft reset ~Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two, then log back in with your email and password
*Also, if you don't have enough storage space on your device. You need at least 2 GB of free space.
Hopefully you will then see some lives flow thru 💕

I am not receiving ANY lives either and the responses given do not address the issue
