I'm sorry that you're having these issues. I recommend you;
- Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Restart your device.
- Check you have enough memory on your device. (2GB free)
- Clear Cache. If you are using Android - go to Settings. Tap on Apps. Tap on Candy Crush Soda. Tap on Storage. Tap on Clear Cache (Please, make sure not to select data!)
- If you are using iOS - Tap on Settings. Tap on Safari. Tap Clear History and Website Data
