Hello @ozzydog and welcome to the Community! My game has been updated, and I only play it on Windows, and all my lives has remained. I know some players who play via android usually has these kinds of issues and needs to wait for all their lives to recharge. I've heard that some Android phones are not compatible with certain game apps…

Hi and welcome to the Jellies! Yes sometimes that does happen. You can try doing a soft reset ~ log out of your game. Let it set a few seconds then log back in with your email and password. Usually that does not work for lives, but it is something you can try.
The lives itself will start producing once you start sending lives. 🤗
