I am frozen on game 8338 candy crush please help

Hi and welcome to the Jellies! Is your game itself frozen or you just figure out how to complete the game.
If the game is frozen and will not move, you need to do a soft reset.
Restart: log our of game (Do Not Delete your game) then close your game. After a few seconds open your game and log in with your email and password.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates๐
