Today when I was playing Candy Crush Jelly I completed the level and the game did not recognize it, leaving the screen blocked. I was filled with anger and sadness for losing my great streak of more than 20 levels and the booster I used.
This type of error is very serious and ruins the experience completely. And this is not the only thing. The music has been failing and does not work correctly, the events tend to disappear, the quality of some images is not good or is not updated and the game does not innovate in events. The seasons take a long time to update.
We are in March and it is Christmas. I just want to remember that there are people who play this game and deserve the love that the rest of King's games have. This game is a Candy Crush brand and deserves some quality.
This is more of a request than a complaint. It saddens me to see that such a beautiful game is so neglected.
We deserve the quality and innovation that the rest of the games have. I ask that a review be done or that innovation be proposed and the errors that this game suffers from be repaired. It saddens me a lot every time it fails or bugs.

Hi, I am so sorry you are having these problems. We do know how frustrating this is for you and others. Loosing your streak it a big let down. I have been there before and can feel your pain. Although mine was because of my playing not by a bug. But I do understand your sadness🤗
