Why are new ads so difficult to exit even after the X appear

So ads have a time of 30 but offer no exit and remain on screen with no indicators

Sometimes these ads are provided by third-party networks, and the game doesn't have full control over the design or behavior of every ad. But we absolutely want to know when something’s not working right, especially if an ad is freezing, overstaying, or missing a clear exit.

If this keeps happening, could you please let us know what the ad was for (if you remember)
and what device you're playing on?

Also, you can report the ad directly from your game

1. Tap the gear icon (⚙️)
2. Tap the question mark (?) to open the Help Center
3. Go to “Privacy & Terms” > “Report an Ad”
