New Apple app store version????

hi all, it seems like the latest apple app store version of jelly saga is completely different from the last version. It seems like it is a years old version as i remember some of the levels. What i like to do is play to level 1500, delete, and then restart. Ive done this for years on seemingly the same version until recently. This new version is 90% different boards starting from level 1. It is much slower (plodding) and boring levels. Is there any way i might be stuck in some kind of glitch? I just want the version i played for years back. Finally does this issue make sense or has it maybe been addressed already somewhere? lol

I can relate to that....... You can feel the difference from 2016 when the CCJS was first released, right? The old version was really difficult for me........ There were a lot of complaints from users about the difficulty, so when the host (King Digital Entertainment) updated the version, it changed the initial level to adjust the difficulty a little easier. It can be difficult for people who are new to it, so step by step... Slowly... I think, but if the host sets the initial level as difficult as the old version, you'll give up, so it'll recognize that you're giving up on it
