I'm sorry you're experiencing problems in RC. Other players have been reported them too. Please make sure your game is always up to date so it can receive a solution when it's available.
Also if you wish you can try additionally : clear cache (only on mobiles: in settings device > app management > CCjS > storage. Do NOT clear data) log out, restart device, log in.
But an update will likely fix it eventually

Thanks for the quick answer. Well, I’m unable to clear cache because I have an iPhone. What a bummer since I used gold bars for 24 hours! So sad...

How to clear the cache on an iPhone or iPad
Deleting the cache in Safari is simple.
- Open Settings, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts). Tap Safari.
- Scroll down and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.
- In the popup, tap 'Clear History and Data' to confirm.
Note that this will log you out of any websites you've currently signed into.

Hi @Sgma and welcome. I don't think it's posssible. Every 48 h RC restarts and at least one time you have to enter the feature if you want to go back to normal levels. After that one time you can click "X" exit when it reappears. I still don't know how to ignore RC when it restarts and play CCJS levels only, I'm sorry.
