What exactly is your problem at Level 4244?
First, you have to try to make and activate fish so that they dissolve the fishing nets and release the fish that distribute jelly. Then try as many combinations as possible to distribute the jelly.
I downloaded a video where you might see some strategies.

@Jenplayer the whole episode is difficult. I had to use boosters at some levels, even several at some levels.
Besides, I always try to play late at night, usually Friday to Saturday. I get Friday the time booster CB and Saturday the color candy. With both time boosters I try to clear the board as far as possible.
I then use other boosters as needed. I don't have the ambition to complete a level without a booster. I win the boosters at mini-games. Buying is out of the question for me.
