Moving up in rank errors
Hi.. It doesn't matter if I'm in royal championship or the regular game but after every game, it tells me I've ranked up to 46... And keeps telling me that. I've reached 46 for about 2 weeks. I even had an unrelated phone change and it's still doing it on the fresh phone.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

@mbrand37 Hi and welcome, if you have had a phone change and still doing it on new device seems a strange one. Will tag The jelly expert @DeepshikhaSharan to see if she can help you or has any ideas on this.
Firstly do the standard troubleshooting tips and check you phone and game are up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in. See if this helps
