Please check whether your app is of the latest version. If not, please update it and refresh the app by restarting your device before you play the game. Play a level and then go back to that event and see whether the issue is fixed.
Anyway, I've reported your issue to the game studio for some feedback if any but I hope that the abovementioned steps are able to provide you some solution.

What had happened when I started my match my opponent was my profile picture and my name. Someone was using it. I tried to take a screen shot and it didn't work out. I was so shocked I couldn't get another one. That's what I ment.
