How did you go, are you playing RC again?
Good on you for recognising the it updates!!! :0)
As has been mentioned, it does come and go in some games from time to time.
However not everything is a bug or a bot and as I'm sure you would appreciate, this is a "live" game, played in many different countries at the same time, and across multiple platforms. So there will be technical difficulties, that will arise, with it also. Some people will get "testing" features to experiment with fixing these issues and some people won't. Different features may appear at different times, for different players.
Sometimes, yes, there are other causes and I have not put in requests for "investigation" for every single thing that goes wrong, as The Studio can already be looking at those things or in the process of trying to fix it themselves.
Some issues I have though and that was due to listening to Feedback from within the RC and Jelly Community Discussions and gathering relevant information. Have you had a chance to explore these yet? You will find some knowledgeable people there to give you tips and also find comments that may answer any questions, you have. They love playing it too :0)
