I don't understand when this Mastery Rank will be fully fixed. Check it in both Facebook and mobile and they are too different. I don't even know what rank I'm in right now.

Really no, it makes me very confused after checking on both platforms.
@headoperations @NamTruong2001 I don't have a Facebook but my phone and laptop. Since I play exclusively on the phone, my rank there is also one higher than on the laptop. I only look at the laptop from time to time to see if the score is synchronized. I noticed that my rank there is less than on the phone. Sometimes even 2 numbers.

But I don't care that the rank on the laptop is the same as the phone. It is much more important to me that the level number is correct, that is, the progress. In case I get a new phone. Rank doesn't matter much to me.

Hi @DieOmimi I know you usually play on mobile so you do not pay much attention to Facebook version. But, the problem is still problem. A lot of player still play on Facebook and sometimes on mobile. And when I, or they realize something weird that isnt working properly, they will report it, at least by posting because they haven't found the "REPORT" button yet.
And thank @channie8 this is a serious problem, especially, this is the second time Mastery Rank has got bug again.
Hi @NamTruong2001 I spoke only for myself, not for others. Since the problem is reported, hopefully it will be repaired.
If @channie8 and @DeepshikhaSharan take care of it, it's in good hands and you can be sure that the studio will do something.
