No biggie, we've all been that low in our mastery ranks. We all work our way up, some faster than others, depending on how much we play. You'll get there! Compared to some other Jelly players, mine isn't that high either 🙃

Thanks for the new badge! I am only at level 80. I think this is mostly because I have never had the chance to play in the arena. It has always been closed to me and I was told here that it is because I play on a laptop. Too bad this can't be changed so all players can participate. Maybe I would play Jelly more if I had access to this challenge (not sure since I can never try it out) but as it is the game is kinda boring.

I think I know why you cannot play from a laptop. It's the way the game is formatted to play. Laptops are "landscape" view and you need to be able to play in "portrait" view. I just went to play on my Chromebook and arena was open to me. But, when I entered it said "Oops, please turn your device." I am able to do that with a Chromebook or tablet. With a true laptop, you cannot turn your device to the portrait view to play. I think that is probably the issue.
