    I never knew there was men's mental health week, it makes me happy to see there is actually a week for men, as society often focuses mostly on women and their issues, everyone's mental well being is important regardless of gender.


    I would like to give a shout out to all the men out there, you are important, you are valued and deserve the best life has to offer to you!
