It is actually a process Jelly Brother. Otherwise we'd be totally swamped and never accomplish anything.

Generally speaking, an idea is posted by a member. If it is especially good in looking like it is not only workable (maybe) but really wanted by a lot of members, I may give it a tag (I can't tag every single idea ever suggested, as this isn't workable and tagging can sometimes bother people...balance🤗)

Usually an Idea will be left open for about 4 weeks. If it doesn't receive enough votes it will be closed but not deleted.

Every few months, I will go through those Ideas and select 3 to discuss with our CM. Together we put something together and then pass it on.

Yes it's normal to wait on a response, especially if there are special events or tech fixes already going on in the game. If it's not workable it will be closed. Otherwise it will be left open until we know more.

I do think that custom teams would be a great idea @Nix66. So often in team events you find you're on your own.
