@NamTruong2001 i have received lives on win 10 app today from 3 community members so not sure how you can say its not working at all and i only have 3 friends showing in this game.
Strange, i accepted these this morning from @DaniTheOG twice and @Werner_Cichy. sure @DaniTheOG can confirm this or not as sent her lives as well

@Freddy_ the problem is not about how many friends you have.
It's still happening on Facebook and when you click on the envelope icon, it's nothing though it still says you have X messages.
IF you are mentioning WIN 10, I'm sure you play it on Microsoft App and it's still normal.

I usually play on the Android mobile device or tablet (Android) or in the Win 10 app on the PC. It works fine there, but few friends. Dani is almost always there, I always send her live. Freddy does not appear. However, I just opened the game for the first time on FB. Is not displayed here. Everything empty in the envelope. There is 1 life sent in the Android device.

@NamTruong2001 Yes play via win 10 app on all King games now as Facebook games to many issues only play on there every now and again, but just checked my facebook game and all seems ok with that had lives there, but yes this does happen with all king games with lives disappearing.
@Werner_Cichy only have 3 friends in total on this game do not know why as all the others have lots, but you and dani show in my win 10 app game. i tend to only send lives when requested so i will start trying to send you more often

There is always free life to win in the game, I rarely need lives. If so, I will continue to play on another device. But thanks for your sending
