I asked why i cannot accept my lives and the answer was not correct that was given
I still cannot access my lives :(
as this is a duplicate it will be closed but it is being looked into :0)

Do you mean to say that, after you use your lives from the messages, they vanish? Do the lives restore, before the messages are removed, or nothing happens?
It would be really helpful to us, if you can share a screenshot of before and after restoring a live!
Also, you can try the classic Troubleshooting Steps:
1)Close the app
2)Clear App Cache
3)Restart the Device and the Game
Please let us know, if you play with Facebook! This issue was reported a few days back for facebook players, and is under investigation
