problem with my Candy Crush jelly game on my desk top computer

I am having a problem with my Candy Crush Jelly game on my desk top computer. I received a srceen along with msg about time ran out for the collect vaults are you ready for the next mission. There is an X at the top of the screen. I am unable to close it out. I can do close the game and open it I just can not clear that screen so I can play more games. I have closed it down and the computer shut down for several hours with no luck on clearing. I have unistalled the game and reinstalled it.

I have also contacted technical support they referred me to the King community to get help. The game is not crashing I just can not clear that screen to play future games.

can someone please help me.

    Don't worry! How about you follow these another troubleshooting steps here (Any Computer Device) or try playing in an incognito window that I hope this helps. 😊

    If you have followed these steps from above issue already but it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer. 😉

    Or you can also download this game (Candy Crush Jelly Saga) if you have playing mobile device. Then you can continue saving your progress (save your current level) with Facebook/King Account. Gold Bars and your progress can still transferred but boosters and events cannot transferred with any devices.

    I have playing Diamond Diaries Saga has nothing major issues like Crashing, Level Bugs and another issues with mobile device but give up to play with PC too. 😉

    This does not help me with my Candy Crush Jelly desktop computer problem. I just need to be able to close out screen to be able to continue the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that does not clear it. I can open and close the game. I think there is a technical issue with the game and king support don't seem to be able help me. They keep referring me to the King Community Center.

    I had this problem for several days. I solved it by full-screening the app, which allows you to access a continue button. Took me forever to figure that out. Hope this works for you!

    Yes I had that same problem it took several days to get it resolved. Like you said we could not see the continue button. I just got it a couple of days ago. thanks
