I've been a member since 2018 and still cannot get a game to play. What is the key to playing?

I've been here for 3 years and have not been able to play any game yet! Many of the friends I've met on the Royal Games site find ourselves now having to look for another game site to stay in touch with one another, play against one another and enjoy the friendship of the 30+ people that we've grown fond of, have come to know and care about but must say goodbye to one another since Royal Games is shutting down as of December 2nd 2021.
I thought, since King Games is a community based game site, maybe we could all join here and still stay in touch with one another and play some of our favorite games. Yet, I cannot figure out why I cannot get a single game to work! If I am to tell my friends about this site, give them the url, and my avatar name here... yet it is all for nothing if it doesn't work... sighs

Hello and welcome
You are welcome to play the player via the browser version, only then could problems arise. You go to the King.com page under Games and you're there. If you have a PC with Window 10, you are welcome to download the game apps from the Play Store. You have fewer problems there. Hope it clears you up!

Sorry you've not been able to connect to a game for that long. :0(
There were probably a few suggestions given to you in that time, to try. Sorry ahead of time if I mention any of those, as I'm not sure which troubleshooting steps you've tried, which device you are playing on or which platform..
For Apple/ Android or Windows Mobile try this link and choose which suits you and this link for PC.
Here for synching your King Account and Facebook Account. Facebook Game Room can have some issue though so tis recommended to play on Windows 10 and I use that on PC with Microsoft :0)
3 yrs is a long time so here's info on checking you devices compatibility.
