We are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting Candy Crush Jelly Saga and many other of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).

If you made a purchase and didn't receive your purchase because of this connection issue, you should receive the items automatically when the incident is over.

@morganparker42 , the problem started four hours ago- if you were having connectivity issues before, it could be related to something else I'm afraid.
@MooMooKD , I'm sure you'll hear back from the agent very soon. Our Player Support team is handling these cases very quickly.

Hi LolaPop, I have sporadic connection issues sometimes which is usually fixed by closing the game and reopening it but this morning was totally different. I even reset my Wi-Fi router because I thought it was on my end ๐ the arena seems to be back up and running, thank you!!
