This is ridiculous already. This has been a known issue since September of last year and still is not fixed? Horrible customer service and respect for those who pay for the game and support your careers.
Fix this. MANY PEOPLE have complained.

You can try troubleshooting for your particular device here. Not everyone's issue is related to Facebook but if it is, that may take longer, unfortunately.
Twould be great to provide your player ID, which device you are playing on and which platform (game app/ Facebook etc). Any screenshots are appreciated to help also.👍

What is going on with level 235. Supposed to collect orange, but no orange, and as soon as you drop to next level, NOTHING!! Literally nothing, to allow you to continue playing.
