I CAN ALSO SEE THAT MY POINT IS PROVED AS THERE IS A PLAYER THERE CALLED "ME" ANYONE WHO CANT ACCESS THE ARENA CREATES A NEW ACCOUNT AND IS AUTOMATICALLY CALLED "ME". THE POINT I AM MAKING IS THIS ONE
Not all players have the arena open yet due to the test groups. I am sorry for any inconvenience. I have sent you 20 gold bars as an apology for this.
If you don't see the items please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it. If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it, and then sign back in again.

plus, you need to learn to tag people so they know you are talking to them. 😂
Also, only tech support can help you with accessing arena so you should probably email them instead of typing in CAPS here. 🤦♀️

There are not test groups, as you think, I mean groups that have access to RC and groups that have not access!
Royal Championship is open to all players without exceptions, so simple!
I explained that there were some experimental features in the past, as the "locker" and the ability of buying boosters, that were available to some players randomly selected!
However, these experimental features, went away after 2, 3 weeks! That is why player support says about "experimental features that come and go"!
It is very possible for other experimental features to come in the future, some to stay, some to go!
However, the core RC game is available to all! If some, not many players, cannot connect to RC, it is because of local technical difficulties!
About the "Me" and playing out of fb or other account, it is another long discussion! If you have patience and you are positive to listen, I can explain what it is, according only to my experience as a player and to information from other players shared here in the forum!
I suggest you to navigate and read older posts here! You are going to understand more!

O.K. it is what I mean! It happens when you loose regardless if there is a connecting or other issue! If you lost a game or even lost connection, then you loose your position as well! I understand the frustration about this because it happened to me many times and it is not possible to undo it!
