I have won the game without boosters and with boosters and I still don't advance to the next level. I keep playing level 80 over and over again.

You have to speak to tech support. Send them screenshots or even a video.
If they tell you to clear the catch or uninstall and reinstall the CCJS app make sure your device or a cloud is able to backup your boosters because they maybe lost.

Not sure which device or platform you are paying on? In the Jelly Discussions Area we also have Quick Links for Detailed Support Like how to troubleshoot your particular device/ platform (kindle is included). Select the option for your device - Game not loading or Device Issues.
Also it is good to do housekeeping of devices every now and again, as it's recommended to have 2 G minimum storage available - clear app & browser cache, app/ browser & device are updated, cleaning messages and photo's etc π€
I play Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush soda and Candy Crush Jelly. I don't have a problem with the other two games, just Jelly. I am stuck on level 80 and it won't let me advance.
@Mem00 you must have some type of glitch or error that needs to be addressed! Personally, it is one that I have not seen before or realised was even possible.
@Lady_Sarina gave you links to help you try and address your problem. I also told you to contact tech support.

How did you go with the links for the troubleshooting steps?
If still having difficulty, please provide your Player Id, device type, which platform you are playing on (Facebook/Windows 10 etc) and any screenshots if you have them please :O)
