Any new updates on arena being closed??

Still, all these months after first having this issue, I am still having the arena closed on days it should be open. Often it will open on the first day of a new challenge, and then be closed on the second day even though I already played the first day of the challenge! There has got to be a way to fix this. I play using two email addresses and this only happens on one of them, and on that one, I have access 2 or 3 days a week tops. Pretty sick of being told it’s being worked on for months with no fix.

No, I don't think so, it had already tallied up my position, then had gone to my daily prize to start with my candy to use for two hours of play in regular Jelly (I'm not sure of the correct way to say that) it's the watering of the flower. I had already closed everything on my apps before opening Jelly and cleared my cache because of the end of the previous event. What I did was closed it again and reopened Jelly and that's when I was able to play. It was just weird how it did that. The reason I say this is because I could see how many hours were left to play but it also said closed. Usually when it's closed I can't see how many hours are left.
By the way, I also close out of the app during my play to clear my cache, I may play four or five games then close everything.
