Alpha Betty will not load

It has been over a week now and Alpha Betty still isn't loading on Facebook for me. Can this be fixed please as I really love the game but it will only load up to 10% and no further. I'm having no problem with all the other King games I play. Please can someone fix this soon. Thanks

This might be the game or it might be your computer. It's always best to check your computer/browser over first:

No answer for you, but I have had this problem for nearly 3 weeks now. I've basically given up on playing it ever again. I just check every now and then just in case it does load, but no luck.

So no one had any joy yet at getting this fixed? It's a bit disappointing that when you contact King about it they just tell you to do everything that you've already done, with no real person to help with the problem

Thanks for the suggestions but my game is just not loading. I had no updates to install and none of the other tips applied to me. Still waiting for something to be done.
