Which game is freezing, Jelly main board or the Royal Championship?
Also can you explain better what is going on when you use your extra lollipops? If you take a screenshot and post it here, the problem could be more clear! 😉

Jelly crush freezes in the middle of my game 3 times. I used 3 off my lollipop each time. I was about to win each time, then boom it freezes. I couldn’t tap anything on my screen I had to get out the game and go back in and when I do that I have to start all the way over on my game
