Unable to connect with FB or email.

Good day, for the past few days I receive "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit." every time I try to log in via Facebook or via email. This problem is across six different devices (3 iPads, 2 Android phones and PC) all running the latest software. It is also present whether connected to WiFi or mobile data. It happens with CC Jelly, Soda and Friends but NOT with original Saga. With Saga it connects perfectly fine.

I've tried every possible remedy posted here and elsewhere on boards. Clearing cache, uninstall and re-install every application, restarting device etc etc etc. But still nothing. Home internet is perfect on WiFi and LAN.

Any other suggestions?

    I am going to help you in this situation trying to find a solution!

    The fact that you can connect to Saga is great, because from there you can get your player ID. It could be useful if we need further investigation, but lets start from the first steps!

    Because this support center is for Jelly, I can give you some links for Jelly, but it works the same for the other games as well! 😉

    Here is a first link where you can find troubleshooting guides for many problems!

    However, you said that you tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling apps (unfortunatelly loosing boosters! 😥) and nothing worked!

    You said that you cannot connect with fb and with email! So do you have a King account? And if yes, are your fb and your King accounts synced?

    Another question: what is your OS on PC, win 11 or otherOS (win 10, 8, etc). This question is important, because only on win 11 you have the opportunity to download apps and play, while on the other operating systems you play inside facebook!

    Hi, first up my user ID is 9227700215.

    I do have a FB and King account. When I try to sync them via king.com using Chrome I receive the following message: "This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated."

    When I try to sync via MS Edge I receive this message: "Error Accessing App. We're sorry, but the application you're trying to use doesn't exist or has been disabled."

    Under Facebook settings for CC Jelly the "Logged in with Facebook" is set to only me and is also shown in green as Active.

    I use Windows 10 Home but is able to open and play CC Jelly on the PC via the App. However, I can not log in using FB or the email option. I receive the standard connection error, try again in a bit message.

    As I understood, you have problem syncing your fb and King accounts!

    Did you try syncing following instructions in this guide? If yes and it did not help, you may have some other technical problem!

    I downloaded Farm Heroes Saga and Bubble Witch Saga 3 from King and both games give the same problem as all Candy Crush except CC Saga. Unable to connect. Try again in a bit. Again both Ipad and Android.

    Emailed support, received generic automated response which solved absolutely nothing. Replied to support with screenshots as requested and silence since then. Clearly support has no interest in supporting. Sad.

    cPlease friends, do any of you have some advice on how to solve this problem. Support keeps sending me the same automated response that does not work! I had to uninstall and reinstall the game -as advised) shiv

    Please my Jelly friends - can someone help. I keep getting the same automated response from Support which does not work! I uninstalled and reinstalled my game (as recommended) which means I am now stuck back on level 1 because I cannot connect to FB or email / King account.
