May I ask which version of Windows do you have? if you have window 7 it doesn't work. You can only play via the browser version Firefox and Opera and Googelchrome. With Window 10 you can download the games from the Playstore. I hope that I could help you.

Always save game progress first and here's a link to moving game to another device, you can also check if your device is compatible..
I play through Windows 10 in the Microsoft store on PC and you can also synch your accounts :0)
