Hi, unfortunately all our extra events are not permanent and not rolled out to everyone at the same time. I understand that some players can have an event for a long time so it appears to be permanent but ocasionaly our studio perfomes a reshuffle so other players can also enjoy 💕
I haven't seen any advertising yet and it's hard to play, so much so that I want to give it up and look for other games where one move to complete the game means that I will fail for a week and lose everything.

I am also having this problem. for about the last week I have been unable to get any extra moves after watching ads and I am seeing the same error message as the OP. Please help!
The ads play just fine, but when the ad is finished and I tap on the X to go back for the extra levels promised I am met with the error pictured above. How can this be fixed please? My game and OS are up to date.

I am not one of the lucky ones who have the option of getting extra moves watching ads! My wife has this option and I watched her playing! I have never seen this message!
I suppose ghat after the error message you did not get the extra moves!
I am going to ask my wife @Nadia1770 to play and see if she has any problem!
Anyway, I think that your problem may be local, so clear the app's cache in your device!
Check also if your router has a lot of traffic! I have experienced problems playing online games on my mobile, when someone was watching Netflix on my home network!
