it took me back to level 3697.... same level last time. that time i was kicked back like 50 levels, i played them again,,,,,

So you played them again, that means you did not resolve the problem!
I think that the best you can do is contact support!
You go to the bottom of any page here in the Community and tap on "Contact Us"!
You explain your problem and it is good to give them your user ID.

No thank you. I had to contact the owner of this company because I have been on level 6403 for 8 days. And got no help.
He is aware of the problems with the 6000 level. How it's has not enough turns and too much blockage, glitches and money grabs complaints by more people than I am aware of.
