I am having an issue with this puzzle....I am 99.9% sure that the answer to 1 down is a 9-letter word but there are 10 spaces in that column.

Thank you for noticing that just go ahead do your puzzle leave the Last block empty I will note and report that the puzzle was made with a extra block should have been 9 instead of ten so just do your puzzle it will be correct again thank you for noticing that they made an error on the grid 😊
