Is anyone being robbed by this game company.

My jelly saga game will restart when I am winning and remove all of my balloon achieved boosters or not add purchased boosters if it crashes in the middle of the purchase transaction. I am still charged for the boosters.

I’m sick and tired of being robbed and I will report King to Apple unless I am refunded my money.
