Same here. I’ve had it for years and it just disappeared in December. So far no sign of it returning after all the recent updates.

I had Allen for years! Last year I lost Allen on my mobile while I had Allen when playing on my p.c.
Suddenly Allen reappeared on my mobile and this happened after a major update on Jelly (I think it was after some changes to the R.C, it might happened when the Mastery Rank stopped being engaged with the R.C.)
The conclusion is that this feature sometimes can be non available for some users, but it can return back!
I do not know any logical explanation for this!
I’ve had Allen for a while. It’s been months and I haven’t seen him.
