@NamTruong2001 , @Nikolaos_Prodromidis , @Princess_Jessica , @Nadia1770 , @Snow_Rider I just had the advertising freeze (better: advertising did not start, screen went black) at level 6716. After which I had no problems before and advertising for 2 + 3 moves and color bomb, the ads disappeared and I had to pay 9 gold bars. This (excuse my expression) poorly designed level then offered me an ad for 2 extra moves (not 2 + 3 + color bomb like before) and I accepted. As I discovered, the screen went black and I had to exit the app using the home button. So I paid for the 9 gold bars for nothing and lost my boosters including the winning streak.
@NamTruong2001 does your screen always freeze on ads or only on the "small" variant for 2 moves?

When I clicked "watch ad" to get 2 extra moves, it went blank and didn't go back to the main screen (out of moves) and it is still stuck in the black screen until I must quit app to restart.
The same issue still happens when I watch ad to get an extra life. But it mostly happens when I have been playing more than 10 minutes.

Today I tried again watch 3 ads in a row on the same level without problem!
Also today the Spring theme came to Jelly on my iPad!

@Princess_Jessica @Snow_Rider still can't not get a free lives after watching ad. The screen went black and I could not click any buttons.

Hi can you please tell me if both your device and the game are updated? Do you have a stable connection? Could you please tell me if you always have this issue after trying to watch an ad? Or does it happen from time to time?

- The internet connection is usually strong
- This issue has been still happening since I post this thread

Ok let me see what can be done I gave all your info to the CM so hopefully the ads will be fixed I'll keep you updated
