This level seems impossible to three star. My highest score is 163,340 and I've played it well over 100 times. Could someone look into getting this tweaked?

Can you do it then? It's almost impossible to get cascades with the board being so small. A ton of boosters would be required which isn't fair. They changed the level and it used to be a lot easier to get three stars when the board was bigger and had much lower target scores, but now it seems impossible. Go ahead and see if you can get it, but I played this far too many times. I think it should be changed.
I agree with @NamTruong2001 and I want to tell you something more: if you use boosters, you end the level with less moves, so you earn more points for the moves that remained! 😉
It's not that hard, but you need more cascades, because the board is a bit small
