Yesterday I also asked for an update Then this happened I tried logging out and back in Clear cache
But up to this point the problem still exists

Guys my phone did not type out correctly in the second comment when it was pointed out that it wasn't resolved. It was just a huge misunderstanding I see it's not resolved and I have asked for help. Hopefully the studio will give us a fix. I'm sure my CM is spread some light on this issue. Thank you guys for being so patient 😘

Oops! Ok I see now it was not resolved. I play on Android and I don't have the issue. I just played the game to see and I don't have it. I of course always keep my game updated. I will pass it on and see if @Snow_Rider can give some clarification on this 🤗

No, that issue is not resolved. It appears on all devices I play. And it is not problem with account because it also occurs when I am logged out. I even borrowed a phone from my friend to check the app and it also shows the error, even using different game ID. The error appeared after the newest update from Google Play Store. I am using Android. It is definitely a software bug and only an upcoming update can solve this . The feedback should be passed to the King studio to release the fix.

Thank you everyone I am just now getting here and I see it's all been resolved. I have never and didn't encounter this issue before or now. I'm glad to see it's been resolved and things are ok now. I'm here most of the time if anyone ever has questions 🤗
