All of the candy crush games have been doing this. It's the start of the game and you have a special candy and it says you have no moves left when you clearly do. Sometimes you lose a life sometimes you don't. Please fix this. Here you can see I have at least 2 moves. It didn't even shuffle the candy it just ended the game and I lost a life this time.
Hi, you have two color bombs but you can not switch them because they are outside jelly cubes, and the game will count them as unswitchable.
Next you don't have any regular candies that could be matched, so the game will shuffle them, except special candies and regular candies inside jelly cudes, leading the game to unplayable level. Last, you failed due to no more moves possible.

It's always the bullets. This slows down movements. If you only have a small field or there are a lot of blockers in the way. If you can get the balls together, that's fine. You don't always have hand boosters to match the balls. That means a lollipop booster to get the ball down when the other one is already on the line.

I know what you mean. The boosters make it impossible to play and it will end immediately. It's tragic when you only have 5 lives. If you have an hour of life, this doesn't matter. I'm happy to pass it on! But I think this will not be fixed. Then when you have hours of life, you can then finish it and the boosters will go somewhere else.
